Q: How long does a Breathwork Journey last?
The duration of a private Breathwork Journey is about 60 minutes, of which the active breathing is 30-40 minutes long.

Q: What can I expect during the Breathwork Journey?
Every Breathwork Journey is a unique experience and each time the experience will be different. The duration of the Breathwork Journey is around 60 minutes and consists of three different parts. The first part consists of a short introduction to the 3-part active breathing technique. The second part consists of the active breathing, which lasts anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes. During this time there will be music playing in the background to help you relax and bring up different emotional states. In the third part, the active breathing technique stops and the breathing returns to normal. Softer music is played and occasionally participants are guided through a process. This is the opportunity for you to reflect on what you experienced, process and integrate it.

Q: Is a virtual Breathwork Journey as effective?

Definitely! For some people the virtual Breathwork Journey has even been more transformational because they have been at home, where they feel safe and comfortable, and have thus been able to relax in a whole different way.

Q: Who is Breathwork not for? What are the contraindications of Breathwork?

Breathwork is a very powerful tool that gets to the core of our being, the core of our issues, and starts to move things around. Breathwork can therefore result in intense physical and emotional release. Q: How often can I do Breathwork?
There is no right answer to this. Breathing is a very effective method that allows you to deepen the connection to your own body and let go of stress, trauma, strong emotions and beliefs. Every Breathwork Journey will be different because we are constantly changing. Therefore, I recommend that you do it regularly. A regular Breathwork Journey once a week will support you in the daily ups and downs of life and you will notice a difference in your mood and energy levels. As a coach, my experience is that most people leave out self-care practices when they need them the most, i.e. when they are very stressed or too busy.
