Our Programs, Products and Services are owned and operated by Paulina Xenia (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). The term “you” refers to any purchaser and/or user of any of our Programs, Products and/or Services.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or purchase from Paulina Xenia.
By purchasing or using any of our Programs, Courses, Trainings, Products, Website or Services (“Material”), you agree to abide by the Terms of Use as well as any other terms and conditions that may apply.
The content in all of our material is the property of Paulina Xenia and is intended for personal use only. It is not to be duplicated, sold, shared, stolen, modified, copied or repurposed. You understand that doing any of the before-mentioned activities is considered theft and we retain the right to take legal action against you.
If you participate in a live training or if you are in a video, Paulina Xenia owns all rights to this material and may use or distribute the content as seen fit.
Any testimonials (written or verbal) posted in a WhatsApp chat, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook group or comments, sent to Paulina Xenia become the property of Paulina Xenia. Screenshots can/will be used anonymously to promote the Products, Programs and Services owned by Paulina Xenia. If you post a testimonial to a container owned by Paulina Xenia you consent to these terms and the use of your testimonial as Paulina sees fit.
We will not tolerate any kind of bullying, scam, or hate messages within our communities or DM. If you violate this, we can and will ban you from the community and block your profile.
Purchases
We may make available the ability to purchase certain Products, Programs or Services through the Site. If you wish to make a purchase, you may be asked to supply relevant information, such as your credit card number and its expiration date, your billing address and your shipping information. All information obtained during your purchase or transaction for our Programs, Products and Services and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number and billing information, may be collected by both us and our payment processing company.
** YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD THAT YOU SUBMIT IN CONNECTION WITH A PURCHASE.
By submitting such information, you grant to us the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the purchase. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any purchase.
In the event that you dispute a charge for a Program, Product or Service your access will be revoked immediately.
Payment Plans
If paying by debit card, credit card, PayPal, Stripe or Apple Pay you give us permission to automatically charge your credit card or debit card as payment for your Program, Product or Service without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt for the initial transaction.
In the event that payment is not received by the date due, the Program, Product or Services will not continue and we reserve the right to cease your access immediately and permanently. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of $100 added to your remaining payment.
Your payment will be charged on a reoccurring basis on the terms that you have agreed to pay. If your payment fails on the date that it is due, we may attempt to re-process your payment without notice.
If you fail to make your payment for any reason, you have 3 days to correct this or your access to the container will be revoked and you remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Program, Course, Product or Service.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our Programs, Products and Services by Paulina Xenia has a no refund policy. By purchasing any of our offers, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided to you for any reason. Should you decide to terminate your participation in any of our Programs, Products and Services, you remain responsible for all remaining payments. There are no refunds. If you are paying through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing each payment regardless if you leave the Program or decide not to participate in any of the Services.
** THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS WORK. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLETION OF ALL PAYMENTS REGARDLESS OF THE UTILIZATION OF THE CONTAINER.
