Breathwork is a transformational process and a powerful form of active meditation in which we focus on a specific breathing pattern in order to bypass the critical faculty of the mind and enter into a different state of consciousness. This deeper state of consciousness is where true transformation and healing takes place.

Breathwork has seen a rise in social media during the last decade and it’s become the new self-care trend. But breathwork is nothing new. In fact, it has been around for thousands of years and it stems back from the Indian monasteries where it was safeguarded and kept secret for hundreds of years as the “secret breathing technique”.

The Power of Breathwork when it comes to Manifesting Your Desires

Manifestation: the phenomenon that occurs when something you imagined becomes actualized into your physical reality. Manifesting is the practice of intentionally creating what you desire or making your dreams come true.

You are manifesting all the time, whether you are conscious of it or not, and you have manifested everything that has ever happened in your life.

Breathwork is a powerful tool when it comes to manifesting your desires because breathwork not only helps you release negative emotions, release limiting beliefs and clear energetic blocks, but also simultaneously help raise your vibration, reprogram your mind to align with your vision and helps you connect with your desires and your higher self. Just like you need to clean your apartment and make space for new furniture and belongings - breathwork is the perfect tool for cleaning up your mind and body in order to welcome in the new. Breathwork can help with the rapid actualization of your desire into the physical.


My Story With Breathwork

I discovered breathwork around 5 years ago, when I was travelling around the world all by myself. It was at a meditation & yoga festival where they had different kinds of activities. I remember walking by a sign that said something like Group Breathwork, and I’ve always been someone who loves exploring and trying new things. I had no clue what it was, I had never heard of breathwork before. Heck, I had just started meditating, too. This was my first ever meditation & yoga festival as well. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into, but I showed up at the time when it was supposed to start. At first it seemed really odd when the guy was explaining to breathe in a specific pattern. My ego told me to stop so many times and tried to talk be out of it by saying it was weird AF. There was background music also being played that was pretty upbeat and felt hectic, with lots of drumrolls. But I stack with it, and 45 minutes later the experience I had amazed me!! I couldn’t even put what I felt into words, but I had an out of the body experience. I felt such a beautiful, deep state of peace and a feeling of comfort and love. I got reassurance that everything was going to work out for me.

Nowadays I practice breathwork at least once a week and I love breathwork because i always get insights, clarity and downloads. Whenever I feel like I need to clear my mind and release some emotions, I go for breathwork. It has truly become my #1 reset button. I used to be someone who was always reacting to the outer world, letting outer circumstances affect how I felt. Breathwork has been a huge part of my healing journey and it has helped me feel safe within my own body.



Reason #1: Breathwork helps release all energetic blocks

The moment you have a desire the Universe hears you and already knows what you want. And so it’s working around the clock to rearrange everything so that it can bring the desires to you. You have the flow of everything that you desire, constantly trying to make it’s way into your life, but you’re blocking it with the crap you’re still holding onto. This crap you haven’t let go of yet is blocking your energetic field. The crap includes your repressed emotions, unhealed trauma, negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs and resentment and anger you’re holding onto towards other people or something that happened in the past that you haven't forgiven. All of these energetic blocks are forming an invisible wall and keeping you stuck and standing in your way of your desires and breathwork helps clear them. 

 

 
 
Reason #2: Breathwork promotes a greater sense of presence

Breathwork helps you get out of your mind and tune into your body and into the present moment. We can only manifest in the present moment, when we are fully present. You know when you’re fully in the present moment because that is when your mind is calm, peaceful and still.

One way to raise your vibration is being in the present moment, and since law of attraction is dependent on your energy - the ability to fully dropping into the present moment plays a role in the manifestation process. Becoming present in the now moment is the key to manifest your desires quickly because it immediately shifts your energy and focus, and where focus goes energy flows. Breathwork allows you to breathe life into your desire, by simultaneously focusing on your desire and on the breathing pattern.

Breathwork allows you to tune inwards and it allows you to bypass the critical faculty of your mind and go straight to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is responsible for 95% of your daily habits, thoughts, beliefs, actions and emotions - and so being able to directly access your subconscious mind is powerful because that’s where you can reprogram your mind and program any desire you wish to manifest into your life. Through breathwork you will become aware of your thoughts, feelings and patterns that are not aligned with your desires and your higher self. Through breathwork you will gain clarity around issues and important life decisions, receive answers to your questions and get valuable insights and downloads about your life, health, finances, work and relationships.



 

 
Reason #3: Breathwork strengthens your intuition and connection to your higher self

Breathwork is one of the quickest ways to connect to your intuition. Breathwork opens up your channels and opens you up to higher states of consciousness. It allows you to connect with your vision and with your higher self. Breathwork helps open up your intuition and through breathwork we can get into a deeply relaxing state of peace and tranquility. This is how we become more receptive and open to deep insights and aha moments.

Breathwork supports most of the challenges we face as human beings and it reduces stress, anxiety, fear, depression and opens you up to feelings of love and gratitude. After a breath journey you will feel much more connected to the Universe and other human beings, animals and plants around you. Breathwork will make you feel super empowered and it can help you get a renewed life satisfaction, contentment and inner peace and joy. Breathwork really shows you who you are at your core. It will help you come home to your true self - to the version you were always meant to be.

 



If you’re someone who has constant mind chatter and inner dialogue and has a tendency to overthink, breathwork is for you because breathwork allows you to get out of your mind and into your body. Breathwork will help you feel more grounded, centered and access deeper levels of relaxation. Even if you have tried meditation and have struggled sitting still and quieting down your mind - give breathwork a try.
